I got this unit to hold an old ipad that has become the Evernote recipe box server. The versatility of wall mount and table stand appealed to me as currently I am tied to countertop propping. What I didn't count on was how much I would enjoy having it on a tabletop to view my digital media while I was cooking. Now I am getting a second one purely for wall mount so my old ipad can serve recipes only while my newer one stands where ever I want it to watch my shows while I cook. The unit is incredibly sturdy and although the arm holding the screen does not articulate as much as I thought it would, it is still a most versatile stand/holder.
I actually had one of these from a different manufacturer but oddly looks EXACTLY the same. Unfortunately we can't find it. My Wife loved the stand but it did need a little adjustment to keep from slipping. This new one does not have that issue. It was perfect right out of the box and the added bonus of the pen is helpful in the kitchen. If this one goes missing I will definitely buy another one!
This is truly great! Works on the 12.9" iPad Pro, which is quite heavy and it is held solidly in the clamp. Tt bounces around bit more than I'd like, but I'm sure that's due to the size of the iPad I'm using. The under cabinet plastic mount that comes with, could hold a bit tighter, but the stand itself is incredibly well made and sturdy. An amazing price for a product that helps out a ton!
Very handy unit, we use it mostly in the kitchen when we are preparing food we can have the iPad right in the middle of all the action and it?s elevated above all of her groceries as we prepare the meals, so easy access and easy to see.
love this stand. I installed on my wall in my kitchen. It didn?t quite fit under my cupboard, because said cupboard is not entirely flat at the edge. No matter, I soon found a good place to hang it. It looks good, the material appears quite solid. It has been hanging on my wall for more than a month, with my iPad mini on and off it, and it?s still holding, even if my iPad case is a bit on the heavy side.
